For orders originating outside the US, payment must be made in US dollars. Please note applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the price of the goods. Online orders are taken by credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or your PayPal account. Charges that are not disputed within 30 days are considered accurate and accepted.

Open Account, State Sales Tax and Tax Exemptions
We can extend credit for qualifying customers. Hospitals, clinics, government agencies and public schools are not required to complete a credit application. Our credit terms are net 30 days after which a 1.0% per month service charge will be added to the account. If you are an Ohio tax exempt organization, please fax a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate to (513) 881-7010 to complete the order. If shipping to an Ohio address, we charge Ohio sales tax in accordance with the law. For establishing credit, please download our credit application and return to info@got-autism.com or fax to (513) 881-7010.

Online ordering from Got-Autism is extremely safe. Our website is completely secure and your credit card and personal information are fully protected. The security of your personal information is our utmost priority. Your personal information is kept on our personal server and is only accessed by our staff. Cookies

Got-Autism may place a cookie on your hard-drive so we can recognize you as a return user and make your visit to our site more personalized. Shipping and Handling
Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 10 working days. If an item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will contact you for further instructions. Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated and added to the product total. We grant free standard shipping within the continental US for ordersof $50 or more, but overweight and large frieght items do not qualify.

With over 1000 items, only about 5 percent are considered oversized and will be charged a shipping fee according to size and weight.

Damaged Goods and Incomplete Shipments
Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within five working days of receipt. If your shipment arrives damaged, please do the following:
Have driver sign the delivery bill noting the damage
Contact Got-Autism’s Customer Service Department within five days of receipt at (513) 881-6363 to begin insurance claim processing. We will enter an order to replace the damaged merchandise
Save the shipping box and merchandise for inspection

Partial Deliveries
When shipments contain several items and some are not in stock, we will fulfill what we have in stock and apply the shipping charges based on the net order value. Back-ordered items will not include additional shipping or handling charges.

International Orders
Got-Autism is happy to accept international orders on a pre-paid basis and in US dollars. Please contact Customer Service so we can quote shipping and handling charges.

Oversized Items
Some of our items are too large to ship UPS Ground and will ship via UPS-OS (UPS Over-Sized) and are subject to additional shipping charges.

While Got-Autism has made every effort to offer accurate and competitive pricing on our website, we reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

Limited Product Warranty
Got-Autism warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment. OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, Got-Autism MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT. The customer is responsible for notifying Got-Autism of any manufacturing defect within five days of receipt of merchandise. Upon a determination by Got-Autism that the product is defective, Got-Autism’s sole and exclusive obligation shall be to provide the customer with a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion of Got-Autism, and to reimburse the customer for any return freight costs. In no event shall Got-Autism be liable for any other costs or expenses including lost profits or direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. In the event the product includes a warranty card or extended warranty from the manufacturer, the customer’s sole recourse under such warranty shall be against the manufacturer. The warranty set forth herein shall govern all purchases.

Insurance
Got-Autism is not an insurance or Medicaid provider. However, we can provide you with an extra copy of your invoice if you wish to discuss the benefits with your insurance provider or caseworker.
